Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Obsidian Luxe Holdings LLC (“Stack Method,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with the Stack Method CRM (the “Service”). Stack Method is a business tool: the deal, contact, and document data you enter belongs to your organization, and we process it on your behalf to provide the Service.

Information we collect

• Account data — name, email, organization, and authentication credentials (passwords are stored only as salted hashes).
• Customer content — the deals, contacts, underwriting inputs/results, and documents you create in your organization. This is stored under your org and isolated from other organizations.
• Billing data — subscription plan and payment status. Card details are collected and processed by Stripe; we never receive or store card numbers.
• Usage & security logs — authentication events and audit records needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

To provide, secure, and support the Service; to process subscriptions; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data or your customer content.

Subprocessors

We use the following processors to run the Service:

• Vercel — application hosting.
• Supabase — managed PostgreSQL database + file storage.
• Stripe — subscription billing and card processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Anthropic — AI deal-text parsing, only when that feature is enabled for your deployment.

Data retention & your rights

We retain customer content for the life of your account and delete or return it on request per your agreement. You may access, correct, or export your organization’s data from within the Service. TODO(counsel): jurisdiction-specific rights (GDPR/CCPA) language.

Cookies

We use a first-party session cookie for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Children

The Service is a business tool not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under 18.
