Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Stack Method CRM provided by Obsidian Luxe Holdings LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Stack Method is a subscription CRM for real-estate acquisitions. We may update features over time; we will not materially reduce the core Service you paid for during a paid term.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be 18+ and able to form a contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your organization.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel any time from your account; access continues through the end of the current paid period.
• Plan changes take effect per the billing provider’s proration. TODO(counsel): confirm refund policy — pro-rated, none, or case-by-case.
• Card processing is handled by Stripe; Stack Method does not store card numbers.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or tenant isolation, no reselling access without authorization.

5. Your data

You own your organization’s content. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the Service. We handle it per our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

Stack Method is a software tool and does not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Underwriting outputs and generated documents (LOIs, PSAs, closing documents) are drafts to be reviewed by your own professionals. The Service is provided “as is.”

7. Limitation of liability

TODO(counsel): liability cap language (e.g. limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months) and excluded damages.

8. Indemnification

TODO(counsel): mutual/one-way indemnification scope.

9. Governing law

TODO(counsel): governing law + venue.
